Here's a Impromptu (aka Lazy Day) Veggie board to get you and your loved ones through a lazy Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Here's what we had in the fridge. We always have some odds and ends at the end of the week so it's a nice way to magically present something "new." As much as I'd love to curate a bountiful one overflowing with stuff, I'm a bit more realistic. Have a great weekend!
Last weekend's veggie platter
• olives
• whipped feta
• celery
• fennel
• red pepper
• fresh mozzarella
• cherry tomatoes
• provolone cut into butterflies for my daughter
So, even if you've got a crazy weekend, have to work and manage the kids, you've got a great snacky platter to help out with the insanity. Enjoy!
